Be Me – Return, Refund & Subscription Policy
1. General Returns & Defect Policy (One-Time Purchases)
Your menstrual hygiene and well-being are our utmost priority. Given the intimate nature of our products such as pads, every item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered to ensure hygiene and safety.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or different item, you must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at care@bemewoman.com with your order number and clear images/videos of the packaging and product showing the issue.
- We will review your complaint and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund/credit on a case-by-case basis.
2. Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchase)
You can cancel an order only before it’s handed over to our delivery partner. Although most orders ship within 1–2 business days, for a seamless cancellation we recommend requesting it within 90 minutes of placement.
- • How to cancel: Email care@bemewoman.com with the subject “CANCEL MY ORDER”.
- For prepaid orders successfully cancelled, we initiate the refund within 24–48 hours of cancellation approval.
- A transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and refunds usually reflect in your source account within 10 business days.
📦 3. Subscription Service – Pads
With our subscription plan for sanitary pads, payments are billed automatically at your chosen interval (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.
Subscription Orders & Billing
- Your subscription begins when your first payment is successfully processed.
- Recurring billing happens automatically based on your selected cycle (e.g., monthly).
- We will notify you 24 hours before each renewal charge via email/SMS.
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing care@bemewoman.com
- To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
Refund Terms for Subscription
a. First Subscription Billing:
- • If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and the next cycle hasn’t been billed yet, you may request a full refund of the first payment.
b. Renewal Charges (Recurring Payments):
- Renewal charges that have already been processed are non-refundable once billed.
c. Damaged or Defective Deliveries:
- If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. Upon approval, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund/credit for that delivery on a case-by-case basis.
Modifications to Subscription
- You may change your delivery frequency or product variant by cancelling your current subscription and signing up for a new one.

Refund Method:
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Errors & System Charges:
- If a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs, contact us immediately for verification and correction.
Changes to This Policy:
- We may update this policy over time. Updated versions will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
