We deeply care for your menstrual hygiene. Hence, a product as intimate as a Be Me period panty, sanitary pad, tampon, and all the other products offered by us are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

However, exceptions shall be made if a product is damaged, defective or different from what you originally ordered.

The Be Me Cramp Comfort Period Heating Pad and Massager comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience any manufacturing defects or malfunctions within this period, we will gladly replace the product for you.

If this happens, we request you to write to us at care@bemewoman.com with your name, order number, and supporting image(s)/video(s).

Your case shall be considered individually and Team Be Me will conduct a thorough examination and respond to you promptly.

IMPORTANT: We accept order-related concerns only up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled as long as it is not handed over to our delivery partner.

While we strive to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, we request that you cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing it.

When a prepaid order is cancelled, a refund of the order amount will be initiated within 24-48 hours and credited to the source account within 10 working days.
