At Be Me, we are committed to delivering your menstrual hygiene essentials quickly, safely, and discreetly.
π 1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders placed during sales, festive periods, or high-volume days may take slightly longer.
- Subscription orders are processed automatically as per your selected delivery cycle.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
π 2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you and issue a full refund (if prepaid).
π° 3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be available on selected products or above a certain cart value (as displayed at checkout).
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
β³ 4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2β4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3β7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5β10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical issues
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always help you track your order.
π¦ 5. Subscription Shipping (Pads Subscription)
If you have enrolled in our Pads Subscription Plan:
- Orders will be shipped automatically based on your chosen frequency (e.g., every 30 days).
- You will receive a reminder notification 24 hours before your renewal billing.
- Once billed and processed, subscription shipments cannot be cancelled for that cycle.
- Address changes must be updated at least 48 hours before renewal billing.
If a subscription package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
π§Ύ 6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive tracking details via SMS/email.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
β 7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times.
If:
- The order is refused
- COD is not accepted
- Customer is unreachable
The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
For RTO orders:
- Prepaid orders β refund will be processed after deducting shipping and RTO charges.
- COD orders β future COD orders may be restricted.
π¦ 8. Damaged Package During Transit
If your package appears damaged:
- Do not accept the package if visibly tampered.
- If accepted and damage is noticed later, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

π 9. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
- For subscription orders, address updates must be done at least 48 hours before renewal billing.
- Once shipped, we cannot reroute the order.
